If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- * Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
- * Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- * Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- * Food items cannot be returned
- Postage will only be refunded for lost or damaged parcels
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Email us at info@coastcakes.co.nz telling us what you want to return and why
- Send all items back to us. If you received the product damaged / defective or the wrong item was shipped (excluding substitutions) we will send you a prepaid shipping label
Additional Information:
- * Refunds can take up to 4 weeks although it is usually must quicker than this
- * Payment gateway fees (PayPal. Afterpay etc) are not refundable and will be subtracted from any refunds
- * If you are not using a prepaid label from us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
